Vacaville Vaporium is a boutique specialty store located in the Nut Tree Shopping Plaza with a mission to help people make healthier lifestyle choices through plant-based wellness and harm-reduction methods. We help customers quit combustible cigarettes by switching to vaping and provide a variety of plant-based therapeutics like CBD products. We believe making small lifestyle changes can result in big wellness benefits. What we are looking for…
You’re a vape and/or plant-based medicine enthusiast and have knowledge (or willing to learn) about vape equipment and accessories; and a passion for plant-based wellness and therapeutics (CBD, nutritional mushrooms, ect). You love learning about new products and educating consumers about their benefits. You’re personable, understand the art of building trustworthy relationships and network at all levels. You’re a strong listener, consultative, know how to take feedback positively and resolve conflict with composure. When you join us, you’ll:
Develop a strong understanding of our products, pricing and promotions
Create a positive and educational customer experience
Answer questions about our products and offer relevant solutions to meet their needs
Work collaboratively with other team members to complete transactions and tasks on time
Accurately process and reconcile product inventory and transactions
Interview, train and coach new team members as required
Create and develop new protocols to company standard for downtime and cleaning routines
Monitor stock levels and freshness; request replenishment or replacement where necessary
Other duties as required
Skills and qualifications:
Must be 21+ years old
Must have valid driver’s license
1+ years of experience in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Principled approach to work and a self-starter
Excellent customer negotiation, communication and follow-up skill
A positive attitude and the ability to work well independently
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 10lbs and stand for an extended period of time
Part-time schedule up to 20 hrs a week. Flexible schedule.
